Welcome to Casa Elhana, located between the towns of Albox and Arboleas, in the small hamlet of Los Terreros. Formally
a guest house the property is set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings with spectacular views over the Almanzora Valley.
Albox is a large, thriving market town, with its market on a Tuesday. Arboleas is a small, up and coming
market town, with its market on a Saturday.
We are approximately 30 minutes from the coast and for the sports lovers, approximately 2 hours from the Ski slopes of
Sierra Nevada near Granada. Not to mention several excellent local golf courses!
Airport transfers are very straight forward as we are close to 3 main airports.
Almeria (1 Hour), Alicante (1 Hour 45 Mins), Murcia (1 Hour 35 Mins).
Our Property
Our property, a newly renovated Cortijo offers two double rooms and one twin room, all ensuite. One of the double
rooms has been especially adapted to facilitate disabled visitors.
In our breakfast room there are complimentary tea and coffee making facilities available, as well as soft drinks,
water, beer and wine for sale.
The Pool Area offers a full size swimming pool, large split level picturesque garden with ample seating with wheel
chair access to all facilities, Sun Terrace and Pool House for those wanting some cool shade.

The rate is 40 Euros per room per night .
The rate includes continental breakfast, there is a small additional charge for a cooked full English breakfast.
Snacks and light meals are also available.
We also have a fully self-contained, one-bedroom apartment available for rent. Please contact us for rates
and availability.
Payment is in Euros, or by UK cheque (in Advance only). Unfortunately we do not accept Cards at this time.
